Joe Gamble > Co-Founder and Owner 

Joe Gamble is the Co-Founder of Right Now Tenant Placement Services LLC. He oversees all aspects of each project from inception to completion. As a local real estate investor himself, his knowledge of risk management is remarkable & he serves to enhance all aspects of each client's project through his network and resources. Joe's expertise in finance and local real estate enables Tenant Placement Services to provide its investors, partners & clients a competitive edge in today's real estate market. Joe currently resides in Meridian with his beautiful wife and their 2 kids!  

Lauren Herrick > Client Care Coordinator

Lauren is the Client Care Coordinator for Right Now Tenant Placement Services. Lauren oversees all aspects of each project from inception to completion, including marketing, clerical, administration & scheduling. With prior property management & administrative experience, Lauren takes on any task assigned to her with great passion and pride. Her “can-do” attitude and “let's get it done” approach are just what our team needs to stay on track and provide an exceptional experience for our owners and tenants.
